My one-on-one sessions are designed to honor your unique pace and needs. My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Parts Works with somatic body practices to address deep-rooted wounds at their source. Together, we’ll explore your inner world, build a compassionate relationship with your parts, and support true healing and integration—creating lasting, transformative change.

In my coaching practice, I guide you through a deeply embodied process that I have designed to help you feel, embrace, love and transform (F.E.L.T.)— allowing for profound personal growth and healing:

FEEL  We begin by cultivating a heightened awareness of your body’s sensations, emotions, and subconscious patterns. By tuning into these signals, you gain insight into the stories and conditioning held within.

EMBRACE The shift begins with self-compassion. Together, we create space to notice and acknowledge past wounds, emotional blockages, and conditioned responses with gentleness and acceptance. You start to reclaim lost parts of yourself.

LOVE   As you develop a deeper connection with your body and all your parts, you start to bring tenderness to the parts of you who feel unworthy, scared, or unseen. Love becomes the bridge back to wholeness. 

TRANSFORM  With newfound awareness and integration, you step into lasting change. This stage empowers you to embody your true essence, break free from limiting patterns, and create authentic alignment in your life.

Life is full of ups and downs, and healing isn’t always linear. There are moments of growth, setbacks, and breakthroughs. But one thing I know for sure is that healing is possible, and it can transform your life in ways you never imagined.

For years, I struggled with the weight of my own wounds – the scars of codependency, betrayal trauma, and the emotional toll they took on my heart. But through years of coaching, I found the tools and support I needed to reclaim my power and rediscover the sense of peace and self-worth within myself.

I will never forget the day I started to work with my own coach. After years of therapy, trauma Informed Coaching gave me the clarity, confidence, and inner strength I needed to turn towards the pain, embrace it and transform it into my greatest gifts. I realized that the only thing that was broken all along wasn’t me- but the image I had of myself.

It has been a deep transformational experience, and now, as a coach, I am passionate about helping others walk that same path, to cultivate greater compassion, kindness, and connection, both with yourself and the world around you.

  • Trauma-informed coaching helps you explore how past experiences shape your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while supporting lasting change through deeper awareness and embodiment.

    While I integrate therapeutic approaches, coaching differs from traditional therapy by incorporating holistic methods and practical strategies in a non-clinical setting.

    My approach is grounded in somatic therapy, meaning sessions go beyond talk-based methods to include body-centered practices that engage emotions and the nervous system for deeper healing. Coaching puts the focus on the future of the client instead the past- and it’s the client who drives his or her own session, through the coach’s powerful questions.

    Also, coaching might be a great addition to the work you’re doing with your therapist too!

  • I provide a personalized, body-centered approach tailored to your unique needs, so each session is structured differently depending on the support you’re seeking. Our somatic coaching sessions will be focused on your body’s sensations and nervous system responses (or reactions), helping you develop deeper awareness and create lasting change from within, based on my four pillars of F.E.L.T (Feel, Embrace, Love, Transform).

    A coaching sessions structure could involve these questions:

    • What do you want (and why is it important to you)?

    • What is your plan to get there (vision, personal identity, values, skills, actions, surroundings)?

    • How will you know when you are there (what will it look and FEEL like)?

    • What challenges might you face (and what is your plan to deepen your commitment)?

    I typically work with clients in a 3–4 month time period (with the option to extend) since it takes time and patience to experience results.

    All 1:1 coaching sessions are conducted online, and you may receive additional resources such as guided meditations, personalized exercises, and body-based practices to support your journey.

    Throughout our time together, you will also have direct access to ongoing support from me outside of sessions, within the framework of your coaching container.
