I’ve spent years expanding my own capacity to hold the full range of my emotions using coaching myself, and now I’m here to help you do the same— so you can feel grounded, present, and in control of your life.
My coaching approach is rooted in compassion, self-discovery, and nervous system regulation. By transforming the relationship with the parts of yourself you've long rejected, we’ll reconnect with your body’s wisdom and build emotional resilience.
I specialize in relationship healing. My passion is to help women break free from codependency, anxiety, and self-doubt— cultivating self-trust, clarity, and healthier relationships, with themselves and others. Having lived through these struggles myself, I deeply understand the pain of feeling stuck. You are not broken, and I truly believe healing is possible for every individual.

What is Somatic Coaching?
Somatic coaching is a body-based approach to personal growth and healing.
The word “Soma” means “body” in Greek.
Trauma isn’t just a memory in your mind of an overwhelming event—it lives in your body and nervous system. When we experience trauma, our bodies instinctively respond to protect us.
However, when these responses don’t fully process, they can become stored as tension, discomfort, or patterns of dysregulation. This can lead to chronic stress, emotional reactivity, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others.
Coaching that uses a somatic approach helps you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and release stored tension or trauma. Rather than just talking about challenges, we focus on how they show up in your body—through sensations, emotions, and patterns. By building awareness, practicing gentle techniques, and creating safety within, you can shift old patterns and move toward lasting change.
